Please note: children on tricycles and training wheels and guardians must take Upper Street from 4th Street to return to the Bike Lexington Kid Zone.

The Family Fun Ride route is designed for all riding levels and will contain police escorts on closed roads; however, if you have small children on tricycles or training wheels, we kindly ask that you take the clearly marked shortcut from W. Fourth Street onto N. Upper Street back to the Robert F. Stephens Courthouse Plaza. N. Limestone in front of the plaza will remain closed to traffic until after the ride returns for children and those who may not be able to ride the entire route.

Please be advised that the Family Fun Ride is not a race and features a rolling closure at a child-friendly pace of 10 MPH or under. If you become spread out from the rest of the group, the road may not remain closed to vehicular traffic.
